The Buchan Community Support Team provides structured assistance during incidents and challenging conditions. We operate two divisions: Community Support and RSR (Roadside Response).

RSR supports incidents on the road network with a safety-led mindset — especially in higher-risk environments like live lanes and emergency bays.

We provide support where appropriate and safe to do so. We are not a replacement for emergency services or breakdown recovery, and we escalate when required.
